It was an awesome day! I got to visit baby Reed and got lots of birthday wishes from everyone but my husband! He remembered 3 days, 2 days, and 1 day prior...he took off work that day so he was unaware of the date he says! Josh and Jason kindly texted him from the hospital "don't forget your wife's birthday, idiot!" Derek and Kaleb called it quits early from helping uncle Jake with his fixer-upper home after receiving the text. Kaleb enters through the door first with a pink rose and gives it to me followed by an extremley apologetic Derek. Well, he sure made up for it with a dozen pink roses, dinner at bonefish grill, a movie, and LOTS of hugs and kisses from my two boys!
